Time to Rise Up!

7th January 2010 Thursday 1:10am Book of Joshua (Chapter 1) Songs in Mind: Heart of Worship!

I'm coming back to the heart of worship...I'm sorry Lord for the things I've made it! Its all about you Jesus!

Its time to rise up once again, the message shared by my bro who came back from UK struck my heart. "If you are not growing means you are backsliding..." its so true! time passes and if we remain the same means we are not catching up and we are backsliding.

I took out the bible at this hour and decide to read the bible with my heart. Where to start? I simply flip to one of the book and its Joshua.
This passage really means a lot to my current situation! So wonderful! In the beginning of Chapter one God ask Joshua to Rise up after the death of Moses. verse 5 : " I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you." This is a very clear promise.
God is always there for us. Its time for me to rise up!

verse 6 " Be strong and courageous" God wants to bless us with His promise... what we need is to be strong and courageous and trust in Him to claim the promise!!! It has been prepared, we have to take the action when we are ready and it will be ours!

Verse 7-8 very significant!! What is the promise of God? What we need to do?

Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left that you may be successful wherever you go. Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.

We need to obey and submit to Him, he will prosperous us! He knows what is the best for us.

By the way, I am currently looking for a job and I'm favour with one of the job in KL which now I have to wait for them to shortlist and call successful candidates for interview. God knows what is best for me. If it is meant for me I will get the job!
